Anastasia Island

Anastasia Island lies between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway from the Bridge of Lions, to St Augustine Beach, to Crescent Beach, to Summer Island and ends at the south county line where Marineland begins. Here’s where you will find access to one of Florida’s great beaches. There is a variety of condominiums and many neighborhoods of single family homes. The island also is home to a country club golf course, an elementary school, the St Augustine Lighthouse, and a state park. Island property is always in demand because the location is so very popular.

 Downtown St. Augustine

The Nation’s Oldest City is charm personified. Quaint cobblestone streets, a glorious bayfront, historic sites, transformed Victorian resort hotels, a tree filled central plaza with gazebo and outdoor concerts, beautiful churches, and unique attractions. The small city actually spreads from just south of the Bridge of Lions to a mile north of the A1A North connection. It is home to two large school campuses: Flagler College and the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind.

The Bayfront also is where you will find the city marina and the headquarters for the Florida National Guard. Downtown neighborhoods have small cottages and large turn-of-last century homes and a few condo areas. Being able to walk, bicycle, or take a taxi to a festival makes downtown living very desirable.

 Moultrie Area

The Moultrie area is south of St Augustine with U.S. Highway #1 running down the middle. On the east is the Intracoastal Waterway and to the west is State Road 207. This is one of the areas where you will find more square footage for a bit less cost. It is also where you find shopping malls, the movie theater, larger lot sizes, franchise restaurants, new construction, and the busy intersection of U.S. #1 and State Road 312. Many neighborhoods, each with their own unique flavor are here. This is also where you will find Flagler Hospital and other health facilities.
